We were stuck with Borland-C to develop anything, for the fulfillment of our introductory course. We decided to make something useful, a happy coincidence for you.
GUI is great but nothing quite beats the no-nonsense TUI attitude. Honestly though, we weren't that familiar with Borland-C based GUI and, we just wanted to get the work done!
It was the summer of 2009, when it happened. The days were long, the sun shone high and, the sister of one of the authors' just would not get off her computer screen. Fast forward a few years(2013) and team would make that clunky home-brewed solution into something more pleasant.
We were really surprised when we found many of these features only on paid software.
Timer based login control allows you to set your desired computer usage period, for children.
"How do I access my computer if it is locked?". You make your pendrive, your computer-key. That’s how.
Designed to not fall for petty tricks like changing system time. Even penalizing in some cases.
Change/Check the existing configuration right from the interface.
Your child won’t even notice it’s there
Ran unnoticably on a pre-2009 old clunky PC, will fly on yours!

Some antiviruses/browsers might identify the download as a virus, due the the presence of script files. It’s a false-positive. There are no viruses. Please check out the project on github; every part of the code is available to read.
